Return and warranty policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order at the time of collection or delivery.

From the day following the delivery or collection of your order, you have 30 calendar days to return your products without giving a reason.

This right applies only to private consumers and does not apply to purchases made by businesses or for professional use.

How can you exercise your right of withdrawal?

You must inform us of your decision to return your purchase by email, written notice, or through our customer service department.

Once the return request has been submitted, the products must be returned within 30 calendar days.

What must be returned?

In addition to the product itself, all accessories, components, instructions, warranty documents, the original packaging, and the proof of purchase or invoice must be returned.

In which cases can a refund be refused?

We may refuse a refund in the following situations:

The products, including their accessories or packaging, have been installed, assembled, damaged, excessively used, dirty, or returned incomplete.
The products have been used beyond what is necessary to verify their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
The packaging, or part of it, has been opened or damaged in such a way that the product can no longer be sold as new.
Essential accessories, components, documentation, or proof of purchase are missing.

If a return cannot be accepted, the products will remain the property of the customer.

Where possible, we will notify the customer that the right of withdrawal has been refused and the products will remain available for collection for a period of 30 calendar days.

After this period, if the products have not been collected, JUNA reserves the right to dispose of or destroy the products without further responsibility.

Warranty

All products are covered by the applicable consumer protection laws.

Products should be delivered in good condition and function correctly under normal use. If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet these expectations, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

For private customers, our products are covered by a 24-month warranty period from the date of delivery or collection.

Your invoice or proof of purchase serves as your warranty document and should be kept in a safe place.

Reporting a Defect

If you discover a defect or fault, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

Visible defects or transport damage should be reported in writing within 7 working days from delivery or collection.

If a defect is discovered after delivery and could not reasonably have been identified at the time of delivery, the customer must notify us within a maximum period of two calendar months after becoming aware of the problem.

After these periods, claims relating to the defect may no longer be accepted.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not apply if the defect results from:

Improper use, misuse, or negligence.
Accidents or external causes beyond JUNA’s control.
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
Improper maintenance, storage, or care of the product.
Continued use of the product after the defect has been discovered.
Repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by the customer or by an unauthorized third party.

JUNA reserves the right to inspect the product and may request a report from an expert with knowledge of the product in cases of serious and reasonable doubt.

Warranty Solutions

If the repair or replacement is not possible, or would involve disproportionate inconvenience, JUNA may propose an appropriate price reduction or, upon agreement with the customer, issue a credit note to be used towards future purchases in our store.

Force Majeure

JUNA shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure results from a force majeure event or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

During a force majeure period, deliveries and other obligations of JUNA may be temporarily suspended.

If such circumstances continue for more than 8 weeks, both parties shall have the right to terminate the contract without either party being entitled to compensation or damages.

Claims

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or with any aspect of our service, you may submit a complaint to our customer service department.

We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible and aim to provide a response within 5 working days, informing you of the next steps and the estimated timeframe for resolving the matter.
